The Grammar Plus course is dubbed “grammar plus”, but it could also be called “verb plus” or the “heart of the sentence” programme. The goal is to improve a Dutch lawyer’s ability to correct a verb-tense error at the core of a legal sentence. We look not just at all the verb tenses, but at many of the tense-related conventions in legal writing. This course will be useful to any Dutch-speaking legal professional who is not really sure about English verb tenses or would simply like an overview or a refresher.
